Bacillus Subtilis

Bacillus subtilis Products

Bacillus subtilis, also known as "hay bacillus" and "grass bacillus", is a hardy species of bacteria found in soils and the gastrointestinal tract of animals like cattle, goats, deer and humans. As one of the first bacterium species to be studied extensively, it is now widely used for industrial, agricultural and fermentation processes because of its ability to tolerate extreme temperatures and low humidity. Bacillus subtilis is heavily competitive in the soil and commonly outcompetes other soil microbes making it exceptional for fungal disease control in growing media and on foliage.

Bacillus subtilis competes with other microorganisms by producing antibiotics that either kill competition or reduce their growth rate. It is reported to induce SAR (systemic acquired resistance) against bacterial pathogens, whereby the plant's defenses are triggered prior to pest incursion. Additionally, Bacillus subtilis hinders spore germination in plant pathogens and prevents pathogens from attaching to the plant. When applied to the soil, Bacillus subtilis works symbiotically with numerous beneficial bacteria to solubilize phosphorus. This makes it helpful in areas where phosphate-heavy fertilizers have traditionally been used, allowing plants to absorb what is already in the soil.

Bacillus Mucilaginosus

Advantages of Bacillus Mucilaginosus Fertilizer

New Materials / By dora

When it comes to drought prevention, everyone thinks that they may need more watering. Now, there is a better way that we can use microbiological fertilizers like Bacillus mucilaginosus to prevent drought.

The reason is that: Bacillus mucilaginosus is also called silicate bacteria, it has a strong potassium-dissolving ability, which is selected from the roots of crops and produced by industrial fermentation with a specific medium.

Through its life activities in the soil, it increases the supply of plant nutrient elements, stimulates crop growth, inhibits harmful microbial activity, and has a strong effect of increasing production. It is currently the most significant and widely recognized microbial agent.

Advantages of Bacillus Mucilaginosus

1. Bacillus mucilaginosus can secrete plant growth regulators such as auxin and gibberellin, increase roots and make seedlings strong, and directly enhance drought resistance of plants.

There are auxin substances and gibberellin substances in the bacteria and fermentation broth of Bacillus mucilaginosus. The bacteria has a cytokinin 36 mg/L in the fermentation broth, gibberellin 348 mg/L, and IAA was 38 μg/ml. They work together and will have a stimulatory effect on crops, increases roots and seedlings, promotes crop growth, and enhances plant resistance.

2. Bacillus mucilaginosus product can decompose silicon in the soil for the use of plants, making the waxy layer of plants thicker and improving the water holding capacity of plants.

Bacillus mucilaginosus grows and thrives around the seed or crop roots, producing a large number of organic acids and enzymes during its metabolism, and decomposing insoluble minerals such as aluminosilicates in the soil.

K, P, Si, Mg, Zn, etc. are released in the form of ions for absorption and utilization by plant roots. Silicate bacteria grow and reproduce in the soil, and decompose insoluble minerals such as metasilicates in the soil, allowing plants to take in large amounts of silicon from the soil, thereby making the wax layer of plants thicker and improving the plant’s non-specific immunity ability and water retention.

3. Bacillus mucilaginosus fertilizer can promote the formation of soil aggregate structure, prevent soil compaction; damage the soil capillary phenomenon, and prevent evaporation of soil moisture.

Bacillus licheniformis

Bacillus licheniformis has good effects in preventing and controlling plant diseases. It can also be used in the field of soil improvement, which can be used to improve the soil micro-ecological environment and increase fertilizer efficiency. The application of chemical pesticides and fertilizers in modern agricultural production has more and more negative impacts on the environment. In this trend, the application and development potential of Bacillus licheniformis in the planting industry is great.

Dora Agri is the professional supplier of Bacillus licheniformis products special for agriculture production, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about applications.

Benefits of Bacillus Licheniformis

B. licheniformis has strong adaptability and can be rapidly colonized and propagated in the roots of crops to adjust the soil micro ecological balance.

It secretes photostimulation hormone around the rhizosphere of the crop and promotes root growth. At the same time, the root exudates can provide nutrients for the growth of the strain and can effectively promote the growth of the crop.

B. licheniformis can form a layer of biofilm on the root surface to protect the root system from pathogen infection.

It can effectively improve the resistance of the crop and improve the ability to resist freezing and cold.

B. licheniformis can effectively increase the crop yield, increase the VC content and sugar content of the fruit, and improve the quality and taste of the fruit.

Glomus intraradices

Premier Tech Mycorrhizae

From more than 200 species of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF), we selected Glomus intraradices (aka Rhizophagus irregularis) more than 35 years ago since it has shown to be adaptable to several soil types and environmental conditions. It is known to colonize roots quickly and aggressively. It is very effective in bringing water and nutrients to plantsGlomus intraradices is also a good collaborator, a key element for optimal plant development. Over the last three decades, numerous scientific articles have supported these facts.

Rhizophagus irregularis (previously known as Glomus intraradices[3][4]) is an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus used as a soil inoculant in agriculture and horticulture. In addition, it is one of the best mycorrhizal varieties of fungi available to mycoforestry, but as it does not produce fruiting bodies it "has virtually no market value as an edible or medicinal mushroom"[5]

Rhizophagus irregularis is also commonly used in scientific studies of the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on plant and soil improvement.

Until 2001, the species was known and widely marketed as Glomus intraradices, but molecular analysis of ribosomal DNA led to the reclassification of all arbuscular fungi from Zygomycota phylum to the Glomeromycota phylum
